Long before our youngest daughter was old enough to marry, she clipped a picture of a barn reception out of a magazine and told us, "this is exactly what I dream my wedding will look like!". As the years went by, she would say "I think I just want to get married at home". Finally, all those years later, she was engaged, and we started our search for this perfect venue! Barn themed weddings and receptions were just becoming popular in the northern states, but not much in our area. She had created a blog looking for this perfect barn venue, and it seemed to attract quite a following. After a two year search without finding exactly or even close to her vision nearby, we decided to build a barn on our family property with a plan to have our Daughter’s wedding and a boat barn to follow. We had no idea what was in store for us. Little did we know that our vision was exactly what other couples were looking for as well! With her dreams and our passion for creating, entertaining and hosting events, we opened for business in 2013! Our second daughter got married at the venue the following year in 2014. We are a family owned and operated business, and it is our goal to make you and your family feel at home, and to help make your special day everything that you have ever imagined it would be!
